Delete your account
Eazyskizy, an app by CodeLime LLC.
To delete your Eazyskizy account and its data, email us from the address you signed in with. We action requests within 30 days, and usually within a few days.
Email support@codelime.devPlease send it from the account's own email address so we can confirm the request is really yours. If you signed in with Google, that is your Google address.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your profile name and email address.
- Trips you created, and everything inside them — resorts and dates, lodging, the packing and prep lists, saved ski plans, and the trip's photos.
- Your recorded ski days: GPS tracks, runs, vertical, distance and speeds.
- Your last known location shared with your crew.
- Photos you added, including the image files themselves.
What we keep, and why
- Trips someone else created stay with them. If you joined a friend's trip, deleting your account removes you and your own contributions from it, but does not delete their trip.
- Anything you shared that a crew still has a copy of. If someone saved a photo to their own device, we cannot reach it.
- Ordinary operational records — server and error logs — which are not tied to your name and age out on their own.
- Backups hold a copy for a short period before they roll over. Nothing is restored from them into the live app after a deletion.
Deleting some things without closing your account
You do not have to delete your account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual photos, remove a saved ski plan, delete a recorded day, remove a resort or a stay from a trip, or leave a trip entirely — which takes your data out of it.
