Ski safely. Eazyskizy is for recording and sharing a trip. It is not a safety device, not a navigation system, and not a substitute for your own judgement, resort signage, patrol instructions, or an avalanche forecast. Don't use it to decide whether terrain is safe or open.
Using the app
Use it lawfully, and don't upload content you don't have the right to share or that others would reasonably find abusive. Trips are shared spaces — the people you invite can see the content in them, including your recorded runs and your position on the mountain while you're recording.
Accuracy of what it shows you
Runs, distance, speed and mountain coverage are calculated from your phone's GPS. GPS on a mountain is imperfect — trees, terrain, lift buildings and weather all degrade it — so treat these figures as a good estimate, not a measurement. Trail maps and lift data come from OpenStreetMap and may be incomplete or out of date. Weather and snowfall are forecasts. Snow reports are published by the resorts themselves, and we link to them rather than restate them.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings; we can't cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Availability
We may change or discontinue features. Cloud features need a network connection and depend on services we don't operate, so we can't promise uninterrupted availability.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it to the people you've shared a trip with.
Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, CodeLime LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your use of the app while skiing.
